WHAT IS ERGONOMICS?

Ergonomics is the scientific discipline concerned with the understanding of interactions among humans and other elements of a system, and the profession that applies theory, principles, data and methods to design in order to optimize human well-being and overall system performance.Ergonomics is employed to fulfill the two goals, i.e. health and productivity. It is relevant in the design of such things as safe furniture and easy-to-use interfaces to machines. Proper ergonomic design is necessary to prevent repetitive strain injuries, which can develop over time and can lead to long-term disability.

Intalok Springing System

Vono mattress features an exclusive and technologically advanced Intalok Springing System developed with British technology for perfect support and comfort. It is continuous and interlocked, made of high-tensile steel wire of strength up to 250,000 pounds per square inch, reinforced by stabilizers at the edges, to provide edge back support and sleeping comfort.

Pocketed Intalok Springing System

Pocketed Intalok Springing System takes the Intalok springing system and sleeved into specially stitched pocket, it is arranged in linear channels, able to reduce the disturbance of body movement.

SilverGuard™

Premium quality stretchable knitted fabric with SilverGuard™ treatment, imported from Europe is used for Vono SpinePro series mattress. SilverGuard™ treated mattress fabric gives hygiene and freshness for the night, energy for the day. SilverGuard™ does not harm the skin flora and the fabric is free from bacterial up to 40°C. SGS lab test proved that SilverGuard™ treatment on mattress fabric is able to diminish bacteria more than 99% within 24 hours

Anti-Dust Mite Treatment

The fabrics of Vono mattress have been specially treated for protection against house dust mites. It reduces allergens, thus helping to minimize the risks of asthma, eczema and rhinitis. It also improves hygienic standards and reduces unpleasant odours. The fabrics are imported and are of Jacquard Damask quality.

Anti-Bacterial Bamboo Yarn Fabric

Bamboo has permanent and natural anti-bacterial properties. It offers 1.5 times higher moisture absorption than cotton. Bamboo fabric has a soft hand, a cool touch and a natural, silky luster and it is very environmental friendly. Bamboo yarns weave or knit a very breathable textile, its excellent moisture control keeps you comfortable and fresh while sleeping on it.
